THE SHEARER FAMILY - BURBANK FAMILY PHOTOGRAPHER

I had the pleasure of photographing Susy Shearer and her beautiful family last month.  Susy is also a photographer (we've shot many weddings together and I just love her!)  She expressed how she's always the photographer and doesn't get to be in a lot of her family photos - which I can totally relate to!  So, we headed to the Johnny Carson Park in Burbank.  It was a beautiful day and I couldn't have asked for better lighting.  What's funny is that her husband Phil is a video/lighting technician so it was great bouncing ideas off them.  And their kids are gorgeous and can sing!  Talk about a creative and talented family!

   

Wedding :: Heather + Jordan {Thousand Oaks, CA}

Heather and Jordan were married at the Los Robles Greens Golf Course in Thousand Oaks.  Claire Renee invited me to shoot with her and I was super excited because it's been a while since we worked together.  I also met Claire's fabulous assistant Vanessa Adams and we all had a great time capturing all the moments of their special day.  Heather and Jordan are such a fun couple and you could see their personalities come through in the details of their wedding.

Wedding :: Erin + Toby {Toluca Lake, CA}

I was invited to shoot Erin and Toby's Wedding with the lovely Susy Shearer.  I met Susy through our mutual friend Santiago and we immediately clicked.  Now after working with her, I am super excited to have her 2nd shoot with me in May.      

Erin and Toby had a fabulous and unique wedding at Ramsey's at the Club {a beautiful indoor venue} which was a smart move on their part because it rained and actually snowed that day {in LA!}.  Well, everything about their wedding was unique from the crazy weather to their song choices for their first dances.  Toby chose the theme song to Disney's Electrical Parade for the mother-son dance which was so cute!  Congratulations Erin and Toby!
